Apple launches new iphone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, Apple Watch and Apple TV

Apple in the Steve Jobs Theater on 12 September unveiled 5 devices, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 PluS, iPhone X (or iPhone 10), Apple Watch (Series 3) and Apple TV 4K.

iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus

The iPhone 8 and 8 plus are the incremental upgrade to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus, Sporting a 4.7 and 5.5 inch Retina  HD displays screen respectively. The all glass build design is also water and dust resistant. It also comes with wireless charging. iPhone 8 is loaded with a 12 MP rear shooter which has a larger and faster sensor and comes with Optical Image Stabilisation. While the iPhone 8 plus has 2 camera setup for Portrait mode, and comes with optical as well as digital zoom up to 10x for photos and 6x for videos.
The front camera is a 7 MP shooter on both phones. Both phones are powered by the new A11 Bionic Chip which are 64 bits. iPhone 8 and iPhone Plus are powered by the new iOS 11. They will be available in three colors Gold, Space Grey and Silver in 64 GB and 256 GB versions. iPhone 8 will cost around Rs. 64,000 and Rs. 77,000 for 64 and 256 GB versions respectively. While iPhone 8 Plus will cost Rs.73,000 and Rs.86,000 for 64 GB and 256 GB versions.

iPhone X : It's All Screen

The much talked and anticipated iPhone X was the main attraction at the launch. The iPhone X is the new flagship from the Apple with an all screen design. The device has a 5.8 inch OLED screen which is the USP of the device. It comes with Face ID recognition and has a portrait camera setup at the rear with two 12MP cameras.

It also comes with A11 Bionic Chip and the new iOS 11.

Apple Watch Series 3 was also launched which is a Smart Watch which will come in different models namely Apple Watch, Apple Watch Nike +, Apple Watch Hermes and Apple Watch Edition which will have GPS or GPS + Cellular Connectivity. The Watches will priced in a range from $ 329 to $1299.

The Apple Tv will support 4K HDR. It comes with a remote which has touch support. It will be available in 2 variants of 32 GB and 64 GB versions priced at Rs. 15,900 and Rs. 17,900 respectively.
